Liquidation Services:

Solvent Liquidation:

In the case of a Solvent Liquidation, we will help you though our tested procedure to complete the process by achieving the following objectives in an appropriate manner:

  1. Realize the company’s assets
  2. Assist in the identification and cancellation of contracts
  3. Identify & address any liabilities
  4. Review & manage the maintenance of accounting records
  5. Settling claims of all creditors and of any outstanding matters
  6. Prepare the report of the liquidator to the General Meeting

When shareholders or business owners no longer require a company, the liquidation of this business usually end up with more benefits such as:

Judiciary Liquidation (Insolvent Liquidation)

Preserving a struggling business is not always possible. Accordingly, the most likely solution is Liquidation, which will serve as a tool for the formal winding up of a company in a controlled, appropriate & timely manner by a liquidator appointed by the Court of Law.

The liquidator’s first step is to realize the assets for the benefit of creditors, shareholders and other stakeholders concerned.  Investigations may also be undertaken in order to help establish the reason behind the failure of the company.

In the case of a Judiciary Liquidation, we will help you though our tested procedure to complete the process by achieving the following objectives in an appropriate manner:

  1. Realize the company’s assets

  3. Identify & address any liabilities
  4. Review & manage the maintenance of accounting records
  5. Settling claims of all creditors and of any outstanding matters
  6. Prepare the report of the liquidator to the General Meeting
  7. Once all the above has been finalized, distribute the remaining assets to the stakeholders
